Pierre Gimonnet et Fils, Cuis Premier Cru Brut Champagne is produced from Pierre Gimonnet et Fils' own vines planted on Cuis and Vertus (1er Crus), Cramant, Chouilly and Oger (Grand Crus) using only the Chardonnay grape to produce this excellent Premier Cru Brut Champagne. With some 28 hectares in their areas Pierre Gimonnet et Fils produce only Blanc de Blanc Cuvees - a phenomenon rare in Champagne.
On the nose, the Chardonnay provides fresh floral and citrus notes. Whilst these notes continue on to the palate, delicious middle weight flavours of stone fruits come forward with brioche and an underlying minerality. This Champagne provides you with a long and crisp finish, a truly excellent Blanc de Blanc from Pierre Gimonnet et Fils.
