Champagne Geoffroy Rose is a bold style of Rose designed to have enough power and complexity to be a real food wine. 100% Pinot Noir grapes from premier cru vineyards create this rose by the Saignée method. This method involves “bleeding” off a portion of red wine juice before fermentation so the Saignée ferments without the skins and seeds. This process adds a great deal of color, structure and tannin.
Champagne Geoffroy lies in the heart of Vallée de la Marne and is known for their Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier-focused champagnes and the family can be traced back in this area since the 17th century.
