The Billecart-Salmon Cuvee Elisabeth Salmon Rosé 2008 stands out for its sparkle and pureness that reveals a remarkable, individual character. Made from 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir that have undergone a rigorous selection process from an exceptional harvest. It is luminous, with delicate, coppery shimmers and a continued salmon pink hue. The exceptional cuvée rosé was created in 1988 to honor the house’s co-founder, Elisabeth Salmon, who married Nicolas-François Billecart in 1818.
